Fleming shares his story of struggle and
success, evolving from an at-risk youth
and college dropout to an award-winning
educator.
Named to the 2020 Forbes magazine’s
“30 under 30” list, Fleming is Harvard
University’s assistant debate coach and
founder/CEO of the Harvard Diversity
Project. Fleming recruits underserved
youth, who have no prior debate
experience, into Harvard’s international summer debate residency. He personally
trains them to compete and win against elite debaters from around the world.
